}Carbohydrates – for Energy e.g. Rice, chapati,  bhakari, Cereals
}Fats – Fatty food (get energy in the form of heat) e.g. Oil, ghee, butter
}Proteins- for growth, repairing tear of body. E.g. sprouts, milk, meat, eggs
